Le Fournil d'Isa
BAKERY
Le Fournil D’Isa is a traditional french bakery dedicated to artisanal craftsmanship. The bakery offers high-quality, organic bread and pastries made with passion.
Challenge
The bakery needed a strong online presence to showcase its authentic products, share essential customer information, and reflect the warmth of its physical store. The goal was to design a responsive website that allows customers to easily find updates, opening hours, and available offerings.
Approach
I developed a user-friendly website that highlights the bakery’s craftsmanship. The visual direction complements the bakery’s existing branding through a warm color palette. I paired a playful grotesk sans serif typeface to give a friendly, approachable tone while maintaining readability.
The design process included:
Competitor Analysis to understand user needs. Most local bakeries had inconsistent branding, low contrast, and non-responsive websites that were hard to navigate. This revealed a clear opportunity to create a cohesive, mobile-friendly experience centered on products and storytelling.
Wireframing & Prototyping for a seamless browsing experience.
Clear Navigation to ensure customers can easily find product details, opening hours, and location information. Website strategy included business & brand goals, audience insights, content structure, basic SEO and UI / UX design strategy to align the site with the client’s business goals.

Solution
The website brings Le Fournil D’Isa’s tradition and craft online in a simple, welcoming way. Customers can quickly access key information, explore the bakery’s specialties, and connect with the brand— helping the bakery boost its online presence and keep customers engaged.
I designed a clear, user-focused layout featuring an opening-hours banner for quick access, product categories are presented with interactive hover effects and bold typography for a modern, dynamic feel; the page flow is supported by an arrow button for a quick return to the top of the page. Throughout the design, strong contrast and accessibility were kept in mind to ensure an inclusive and seamless user experience. This project taught me how to translate a brand’s personality into UI decisions and design responsively from the start. I also gained experience communicating and adapting designs based on practical business needs.
