Solution
UX research insights: User interviews showed that people struggle with long waits, unclear order updates, and limited customization, and they strongly value convenience, saved preferences, and meaningful sustainability rewards. Card sorting highlighted where users expect to find rewards and personalization features, guiding a navigation structure that places them on both the homepage and account areas for a smoother ordering experience. The final design makes ordering coffee easy and personal. With smart recommendations, a clean interface, and eco-friendly rewards, it fits seamlessly into daily life while creating a feel-good experience for coffee lovers. This project helped me refine my approach to interaction design, focusing on clarity, hierarchy, and reducing friction in everyday digital tasks. I learned how small interface decisions can shape the entire user experience.
